What’s the difference between the Mirror Booth and Social Booth?+
The Mirror Booth is a 5.5-foot premium experience with a 43-inch interactive display. It is a showstopper that doubles as event decor. The Social Booth is sleek and compact, ideal for digital-first events, GIFs, and Boomerangs, with drop-off or full-service options.
What’s included with every rental?+
Every rental includes a professional Canon R-Series mirrorless camera, studio-grade flash, photo/GIF/video capture, custom branding, instant digital sharing, a live online gallery, professional backdrop, tables, props, and setup and breakdown.
What are the space and power requirements?+
We need a dedicated 10 × 10 × 10-foot area, one 110V outlet within 50 feet, Wi-Fi, a minimum 90-minute setup window, flat level ground, and elevator or ramp access when needed.
Do you offer drop-off service?+
Yes. Social Booth packages include drop-off options. We deliver, set up, and pick up the booth while you manage it during the event. Full-service options with a professional attendant are also available.
What if I need more than three hours?+
Additional time is available: Mirror Booth $125/hour, Social Digital Only $75/hour, Social Digital + Prints $80/hour, and Social Full Service $85/hour. All packages have a three-hour minimum.
Can you accommodate challenging venue layouts?+
Absolutely. Share any constraints such as stairs, tight spaces, or an outdoor setup and we will work with you and the venue to find the best solution.
Do you offer custom backdrops and advanced features?+
Yes. Available upgrades include corporate activations, all-day rentals, Glam Booth black-and-white skin-smoothing filters, AI features such as background removal and green screen, custom overlays, step-and-repeat backdrops, and vinyl floor wraps. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can I rent both booths for the same event?+
Absolutely. Many clients use both booths at larger events. Ask for a custom package quote when booking both.
How do guests receive their digital photos?+
Guests can receive photos instantly by SMS, email, or WhatsApp from the booth. Every image is also added to a live online gallery you can share after the event.
What’s the booking and cancellation policy?+
A deposit is required to reserve your date. Booking early is recommended because dates fill quickly. Contact RAWphotoz directly for cancellation and rescheduling details.
